2025 Municipal Primary Results From Weber County

Municipal elections in Utah were held on Tuesday, Aug. 12. Weber County had a 27% voter turnout with 24,419 votes cast out of 90,206 registered voters. In Ogden, four City Council seats are available this election cycle. The top two candidates will move on to the general election on Nov. 4. These are the preliminary primary election results (updated Aug. 13, 5:05 p.m.):

At-Large Seat A

  • Alicia Washington 2,790 – 38.34%

  • Marcia White 2,771 – 38.08%

  • Sheri Lyn Morreale 550 – 7.56%

  • John H Thompson 1,166 – 16.02%

At-Large Seat B

  • Pieder Beeli 1,030 - 14.10%

  • Bart E. Blair 2,701 - 36.97%

  • Kevin Lundell 3,574 - 48.93%

District 3

  • Ken R. Richey

  • Heath Satow

According to results, candidates for council seats in the general election are Kevin Lundell, Alicia Washington, Jase Reyneveld, Flor Lopez, and Heath Satow, along with incumbents seeking reelection: Marcia White (fourth term), Bart E. Blair (fifth term), and Ken R. Richey (second term).

The general election is Tuesday, Nov. 4. If a mail ballot is delivered in the mail, it must be received by the election officer on or before 8 PM on election day. 

Must register to vote in the general election by Oct. 24 at 5 p.m.
